Description
Meilie Ruiyun Mountain Scenery is located in Chenda Town, northwest of Sanming City, where is 14 kilometers away from city center. As there are colorful clouds, it was called Meilie Ruiyun Mountain. With an area of 10 square kilometers, Meilie Ruiyun Mountain is 1249.8 meters high, with lava physiognomy and abundant green broad leaved forest. The main spots include Ruiyun Cave, Aerial Mammal Cave, Golden Cave, Longevity Spring, immortal pool, Sandie rock, Matou Peak, etc.
It was formed by the volcano break forth 100 million years ago. The natural Buddha which was formed by crater deposit is the biggest in China. There are Tianma Rock, General Bine, Butterfly Vale, Ruiyun Waterfall, etc. Ruiyun Temple which enchased in Volcano cavity shows the oddity and lucky.
